Do you have a football team that is currently about to start pre-season preparation? Why not do something different and put your team strides ahead?
Lauren Kerry our resident Nutritionist at Rotherham United Community Sports Trust with over 5 years’ experience runs an Eat-Right-Play-Right Nutritional workshop to help your team have the performance edge for the forthcoming season!
Eat right, play right’ is nutritional support for to local grass root football teams who request it. It can be delivered to any age and made bespoke to the teams that ask for the session to be delivered. The main issues previous teams have asked us to focus on are, pre match meals, post-match meals, refueling and hydration. A lot of teams want to go through the dangers of energy drinks and the importance of nutrition to support successful performance.
Cost is £50 per squad and this includes, nutritional and healthy eating workshop and a one hour training session.
For more information please call Lauren Kerry on 01709 827767.

INCLUSION | We are wearing our shirt backwards to support Mind’s #HaveYourMatesBack campaign for better mental health in football, in partnership with the EFL. With 1 in 4 experiencing mental health problems we all know someone who needs support. Drop them a line, ask if they are ok, let them know you are there for them. It can make a difference.
