RUCST are very excited to be continuing our work with BBC Children In Need.
This year the project is focusing on improving the health and wellbeing of 11-18 year olds living in Eastwood, Canklow, Ferham, and Masborough.
The sessions which are interactive and fun educate the young people on topics such as healthy eating, CSE awareness, Body Image, eating disorders, bullying, exercise, drugs, alcohol, and smoking.
The project also provides young people with 1 hour of sport each week.
Young people who take part in the project have the opportunity to be selected to complete health advocate training , leading to position volunteering within the trust.
