Women’s Mental Health Group
Our women’s mental health group currently runs every Friday 11am – 12noon and focusses on mental health awareness and improving mental health and welcomes all. The workshops are delivered by female instructors/health assistants and incorporate fitness classes, health talks, relaxation and many more!!
