Health & Wellbeing – Overview

Rotherham United Community Sports Trust work together with the community to target the town’s most prevalent health issues including;

  • Overweight/obesity
  • Diabetes
  • Cancers
  • Circulatory Disease
  • Respiratory issues

We aim to combat such health inequalities through participants’ active involvement in a range of projects and programs, integrating appropriate workshops, groups and classes encompassing a range of topics including:

  • Exercise and Physical activity
  • Nutritional advice/Healthy eating
  • Eating Disorders
  • Body Image
  • Alcohol
  • Smoking
  • Drug Awareness
  • Mental Health
