Can you help shape the future of health and wellbeing for Rotherham?
People in Rotherham are being asked to tell the Council how they stay happy, healthy and well in their day-to-day lives by submitting photos of them in action.
They are being asked for their suggestions so that the Council can better understand what matters to people in the borough and use this information to shape future services and promote the breadth of community activities already available.
It may be that a local voluntary or community group keeps you feeling happy and well; or a place where you walk the dog or go for a run; or even places where you spend your leisure time. Whatever it may be, the Council wants to know about it so make strategic recommendations about local health and wellbeing issues.
Please submit your photo by uploading it using the form on the link below. A brief description of what you are doing in the photograph is also requested. The photo should have been taken in Rotherham.
By uploading your content you are giving permission for the Council to use it across all communications channels including online, in printed marketing materials and in the press. By submitting your photo you are also confirming that you have been given permission to submit it from all people shown in the image (including the parent/carer of children).
The photos will be used in this year’s Director of Public Health report which will be available in Spring 2019 and in a celebratory public art exhibition.
Please submit all photos by Sunday 20 January 2019
