Community Support Worker Job Opportunities:
As a Community Support worker, you will be responsible for supporting people with meeting their individual goals based within their local community or own environments. Activities of support may vary from: social and leisure activities, travel escorts, developing independent life skills, to assist with accessing community-based activities such as going to college, swimming, work placements, day trips etc.
Overall, your main responsibilities will be to assist customers with community support activities as directed by the Parity Care Assessment and agreed bespoke support plan completed together with the client. Successful candidates must have a minimum of 12 months of experience supporting adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism or complex behavioural needs.
