UEFA Women’s Euros in Rotherham
Here at Rotherham United Community Sports Trust we have a huge month of exciting events and opportunities. With the UEFA Women’s Euros coming to town, The New York Stadium will be hosting four games during the tournament, including three group games and one quarter final game. We cannot wait to be a part of a great history making spectacle for women’s football as Rotherham hosts France v Italy on the 10th July. Read More:

Rotherham United’s ‘Ambitious but Brilliant’ Exhibition Opens
Millers fans everywhere are invited to attend Rotherham United’s ‘Ambitious but Brilliant’ exhibition, A new pop-up museum at The New York Stadium celebrating the club and its loyal fans. Running from 1st July until the end of summer, visitors will be able to immerse themselves in the history of the club through player artefacts, interactive displays, a bespoke mural and audio stories from fans. There will also be a Junior Millers area, including interactive games, a Minecraft tour of the stadium and a Lego table.

NCS Summer Phase 1 has arrived!
NCS’ Phase 1 of their unforgettable summer ahead is finally here. Over 60 young people will be going away to Chester & Hawkshead in July to get involved in  abseiling, mounting climbing, traverse mounting track, rock climbing. and some quality workshops. We have also been recruiting and creating opportunities for temporary summer jobs, recruiting over 30 members of staff who will also have their own amazing experience this summer.

The Fit Millers are underway!
is the perfect way for fans and other people in the local community to socialise with like-minded individuals, also giving them the chance to get fit and active, making small and manageable adjustments. The main aim for the coaches delivering the sessions is to support those taking part in the programme, ensuring the changes that you are making will be easy to maintain past the 12-week mark.

Summer Healthy Holiday Camps Begin!

Rotherham United Community Sports Trust are delighted to open bookings for our Summer Healthy Holidays Programme after a successful Easter break. Working in partnership with local providers we will offer eligible children aged 5-16 the opportunity to access multi-sports, boxing, swimming, dance, signing, acting, football, fitness, arts, drama, music, literacy and more.

Rotherham United Community Sports Trust are seeking to appoint enthusiastic, charismatic, and dedicated individuals to work in the community and engage with young people and families.

We currently have the following roles available:

Youth Engagement Coordinator – full time 37 hours per week, including evening and weekend work on a regular basis.

Alternative Provision Coordinator – full time 37 hours per week, including evening and weekend work on a regular basis.

NCS (National Citizen Service) | Seasonal Jobs  – NCS (National Citizen Service)

Summer Temps position between July 4th & August 26th working across our healthy holiday provision and/or our NCS (National Citizen Service) provision. Would suit current term time only staff or students.
