Rotherham United Premier League Kicks development team are holding training sessions for players aged 16-19 years old. Running every Friday between 4:30pm and 5:30pm at the Parkgate astro facility these sessions are aimed at providing a safe and enjoyable footballing experience to the teenagers of Rotherham.
The purpose of the Premier League Kicks initiative through Rotherham United Community Sports Trust, is to provide safe sporting activities for young people in the area of Rotherham. Our overall aims are to reduce the rates of anti-social behaviour. In addition to this, our intension is to promote community cohesion, as well as linking with South Yorkshire Police, Rotherham Safer Partnership and Rotherham Health and Wellbeing strategy.
The RUFC kicks team take part in national tournaments, 11 a side friendly’s with other professional teams and receive tickets to Rotherham United first team games. All while representing the football club and the Rotherham community.

STOLEN | We are deeply saddened to announce 14 of these bicycles have been stolen from the AESSEAL New York Stadium within the last 7 days.
These bicycles were used on a regular basis prior to Covid-19, and were scheduled to be used once safe to provide the local community with a means of exercise in a safe and comfortable place.
